ADEO Retail Media joins Valiuz to create a Retail Media leader in Europe

Lille, January 2, 2025 – Valiuz announces the integration of ADEO Retail Media, the
Retail Media division established in 2023 within ADEO, the enterprise platform
specializing in home improvement (Leroy Merlin, Weldom, Saint Maclou,
Bricoman...). This merger marks a significant milestone for Valiuz in its ambition to
become a leader in Retail Media in Europe.

A unique market positioning
After integrating the advertising inventories of Auchan, Boulanger, and Kiabi,
Valiuz welcomes the teams and advertising assets of ADEO's brands, thereby
consolidating its unique market position. This new merger allows Valiuz to extend
its existing offer with new verticals and strengthen its presence in Europe.
Combined assets for an unparalleled offer
ADEO Retail Media brings a strategic presence in Spain, Italy, and Poland. Its deep
expertise in a 1P and 3P advertiser ecosystem in the home improvement sector
adds new verticals to Valiuz's offer.
This collaboration also enriches the activation possibilities for ADEO Retail Media's
advertisers. Valiuz offers a range of solutions such as profiling, off site, on site,
in-store activation, as well as CRM and associated measurement.
